Das Ziel des öffentlichen Schulsystems ist, dass alle dieselben Chancen haben. Das öffentliche Schulsystem wird vom Staat finanziert. Das ist möglich, weil alle Menschen arbeiten und Steuern und Abgaben zahlen. Alle arbeiten mit, damit Kinder und Jugendliche eine gute Ausbildung bekommen.	The objective pursued by the Austrian public school system is to ensure that the same opportunities are available to everyone. The public school system is financed by the state. This is possible because everyone (who is fit for employment) works and pays taxes and social security contributions. This all contributes towards ensuring that children and young people receive a sound education.
Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitgeberinnen und Arbeitgeber finanzieren das österreichische System der Sozialversicherung mit ihren Beiträgen. Mit diesem Geld werden die Pensionen und die medizinische Versorgung für die Bevölkerung bezahlt. Das Ziel ist die soziale Sicherheit für alle.	Employees and employers co-fund the Austrian social security system with the contributions they pay. This money is used to pay pensions and for healthcare and medical services for the people. The objective is social security for all.
