Bei einem „Erste Hilfe“-Kurs lernt man, wie man selbst rasch helfen kann Es ist wichtig, mutig zu sein und anderen Menschen zu helfen, das ist Zivilcourage. Im Notfall sind folgende Nummern anzurufen:		Sometimes you might be faced with an emergency situation or somebody else urgently needs help. Help others! In a first aid course you learn how to help quickly and provide first aid. It is important to be courageous and help others – this is what we call “civil courage”. In case of emergency, call the following numbers:
NOTRUFNUMMERN: Diese Nummern sind in ganz Österreich kostenlos. Die Notrufnummern werden ohne Vorwahl gewählt. Man kann sie auch von einer öffentlichen Telefonzelle ohne Geld anrufen. Das funktioniert auch von einem Handy ohne SIM-Karte oder ohne Guthaben.		Emergency numbers : These numbers can be called toll free throughout Austria. No area code is required. You can call these emergency numbers free of charge from any public telephone booth and also from a mobile phone without a SIM card or credit.
