Damit man sich selbst finanziell erhalten kann, ist es notwendig, selbst aktiv zu sein und seine Kompetenzen aktiv anzuwenden. In Österreich werden alle Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer, aber auch alle Arbeitgeberinnen und Arbeitgeber nach ihrer Leistung beurteilt. Auch in der Arbeitswelt haben Frauen die gleichen Rechte wie Männer. Technische Berufe und leitende Funktionen stehen Frauen genauso offen wie Männern. |

Einleitung
Es ist wichtig zu verstehen, dass die Wirtschaft und das Sozialsystem Österreichs langsam gewachsen sind.
Dafür waren harte Arbeit und der Einsatz von vielen Generationen von Bürgerinnen und Bürgern notwendig. Österreich bemüht sich, den wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Standard zu halten und – wo möglich – sogar zu verbessern. Der Beitrag jedes und jeder Einzelnen ist dafür unerlässlich. |
Introduction
It is important to understand that the economy and the Austrian welfare system have grown and developed slowly and over time. They are based on the hard work and dedicated efforts of many generations of Austrians. Austria seeks to preserve its economic and social standards and – wherever possible – improve them. It is therefore essential that every individual contributes towards reaching this goal. |
